漫游是一款用于整理旅行计划、地点、备忘与花费的应用，提供 iPhone 与 Mac 版本。旅行内容保存在你的设备，并可通过你自己的私人 iCloud 空间同步。iPhone 版还提供旅行手账和拍照制作贴纸功能。
1. 运营者与联系方式
本应用由 Shenzhen Julab Cultural Technology Co., Ltd. 提供。有关隐私、数据处理或使用问题，请通过 Instagram @cruzxcx 联系我们。
2. 你创建和选择的内容
应用在设备上保存你输入或导入的旅行、日期、地点、安排、文字备忘、收藏链接、金额和币种、封面与安排照片，以及适用功能中的手账贴纸、文字和背景。应用也保存语言偏好等设置，以提供相应的界面和恢复编辑状态。
本地规划和原有 iCloud 同步无需创建漫游账户。选择账号同步时，你需要通过邮箱验证码注册或登录，并拥有有效的账号同步会员。应用没有广告跟踪或第三方行为分析 SDK。
3. 私人 iCloud 同步
当设备已登录可用的 iCloud 账户且同步服务可用时，应用会通过 Apple CloudKit 将支持同步的内容保存到该账户的私人数据库，包括旅行和关联图片，以及适用版本中的手账、贴纸图片和自选背景。同步用于在你的设备之间保留和更新这些内容，不会将它们发布到公共资料库。
应用会保存 CloudKit 提供的账户记录标识，用于识别账户变更并避免把原账户内容误同步到另一个账户。离线修改会先保存在设备，待连接恢复后重试。你可以使用 Apple 系统设置管理 iCloud；其处理方式还受 Apple 隐私政策约束。
账号同步、登录与订阅
选择邮箱登录时，Supabase 处理邮箱地址、账号标识、登录会话和必要的服务日志；Resend 负责发送验证码邮件并处理收件地址和邮件送达信息。验证码仅用于身份验证。登录会话保存在设备的钥匙串中。
会员启用账号同步后，行程日期、地点、安排、备忘、收藏链接、花费、手账文字、布局及图片引用将保存到我们使用 Supabase 托管的云端，并关联你的漫游账号。App 使用期间会自动检查并同步变更。这些数据用于跨设备提供你的行程，不用于广告、出售或跨 App 跟踪。图片文件继续保存在私人 iCloud；账号同步不将照片文件上传到 Supabase，读取照片仍需要同一 Apple ID。服务商可能在你所在国家或地区之外处理数据。
订阅付款由 Apple 处理，我们不接收银行卡资料。为验证会员，服务器处理 Apple 交易标识、商品、购买与到期时间、退款或撤销状态及与漫游账号绑定的标识。该信息用于提供和恢复会员权益、防止错误授权。账号同步是自动续订年费订阅；价格以购买页面为准。你可以在 Apple 订阅设置中取消续订，恢复购买需使用购买时的漫游账号。
账号及同步资料会在提供服务期间保留；会员到期不会自动删除行程。你可在“账号”页面的“账号管理”中删除云端账号及关联资料。此操作不会删除本机副本、私人 iCloud 图片或已分享的文件，也不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。请另行管理续订。删除后的备份和服务日志可能按服务商的保留机制延迟清理。
第三方政策：Supabase、Resend。订阅使用 Apple 标准使用条款。
4. 地图搜索与网页读取
- 地点与路线：应用使用 Apple 地图服务，并可能向 Photon 地理编码服务发送搜索词、国家筛选和当前搜索区域的中心坐标或范围；路线计算会向 Apple 发送所选地点和出行方式。这些坐标描述你正在查找或规划的区域。当前版本不请求设备实时定位权限，也不持续跟踪你的实际位置。
- 收藏攻略：当你要求读取一个链接时，应用会访问该网址及必要的网页元数据或图片资源，以获取标题、公开正文或摘要、作者和封面。相应网站可能收到你的 IP 地址和正常的网络请求信息；打开原始网页后，适用该网站自己的规则和隐私政策。
Apple、Photon 和你访问的网站分别处理收到的服务请求；我们不在本政策中承诺这些第三方的日志保存期限。
5. 照片、相机与文件
使用拍照功能时，iPhone 版会请求相机权限。系统照片或文件选择器用于选择你主动提供的照片和旅行文件。选定内容用于封面、行程图片或手账；启用相应同步功能时，相关图片也会进入你的私人 iCloud。你可以在系统设置中管理相机等权限，拒绝权限会影响对应功能。
6. 分享与收集箱
通过系统分享面板收集的文字和链接先保存在当前设备的共享收集箱，供漫游主应用与其分享扩展读取。内容归档到旅行后，会随该旅行按上述规则同步。
当你主动分享旅行文件时，文件会包含该旅行的安排、地点、备注和关联图片，并交由你选择的系统分享渠道发送。接收者可保存自己的副本；此后的修改或删除不会撤回已经分享的文件。
7. 保存、删除与数据管理
你可以在应用中编辑或删除内容。删除的旅行进入“最近删除”，最多保留 30 天，也可提前选择“彻底删除”；到期内容在应用进行清理时移除。与当前旅行有关的删除操作会在同步成功后反映到该私人云端资料中。
应用会保留少量近期本地同步备份用于恢复，随着后续同步替换。删除手账中的贴纸不会保证其已上传的独立图片资源立即从私人 iCloud 移除。卸载应用也不等于删除云端数据、系统备份或你已发送的旅行副本。请使用 Apple 提供的 iCloud 存储与备份管理功能处理相应副本；如需帮助，可通过上述联系方式联系我们。
8. 联系请求与政策更新
如果你主动联系我们，我们会收到你发送的消息和该联系平台提供的资料，并用来回应你的问题或处理你的请求。Instagram 自身的数据处理适用其平台政策。
如果应用功能或数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本政策及页面顶部的更新日期。

Roam helps you organize trips, places, notes, and expenses on iPhone and Mac. Your travel content is stored on your devices and can sync through your own private iCloud storage. The iPhone version also includes a travel journal and camera-based sticker features.
1. Operator and contact

2. Content you create and choose
The app stores trips, dates, places, activities, notes, saved links, amounts and currencies, cover and activity photos, and—in supported features—journal stickers, text, and backgrounds that you enter or import. It also stores preferences such as your language choice to provide the interface and restore your editing state.
Local planning and existing iCloud sync do not require a Roam account. Optional account sync requires email-code registration or login and an eligible membership. The app has no advertising tracking or third-party behavioral analytics SDK.
3. Private iCloud sync
When your device is signed in to an available iCloud account and sync is available, the app uses Apple CloudKit to store supported content in that account’s private database. This includes trips and their images and, in supported versions, journals, sticker images, and custom backgrounds. Sync keeps this content available and up to date across your devices; it does not publish it to a public database.
The app stores the account record identifier provided by CloudKit to recognize an account change and help prevent content from the previous account from being synced to a different one. Offline changes are saved locally and retried when a connection is available. You can manage iCloud through Apple’s system settings. Apple’s processing is also governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
Account sync, sign-in, and subscriptions
When you choose email sign-in, Supabase processes your email address, account identifier, login sessions, and necessary service logs. Resend delivers verification emails and processes the recipient address and delivery information. Codes are used for authentication. Login sessions are stored in the device Keychain.
For eligible account-sync members, trip dates, places, activities, notes, saved links, expenses, journal text, layouts, and photo references are stored in our Supabase-hosted service and associated with your Roam account. The app automatically checks and syncs changes while in use. This data provides your trips across devices; it is not sold or used for advertising or cross-app tracking. Image files remain in private iCloud and are not uploaded to Supabase by account sync. Reading photos still requires the same Apple ID. Providers may process data outside your country or region.
Apple processes subscription payments; we do not receive payment-card details. To validate membership, our server processes Apple transaction identifiers, products, purchase and expiration dates, refund or revocation status, and an identifier linking the purchase to your Roam account. This information provides and restores entitlements and prevents incorrect access. Account Sync is an auto-renewing annual subscription, with the price shown before purchase. Manage or cancel renewal in Apple subscription settings. Restore purchases using the Roam account used for the purchase.
Accounts and synced content are retained while providing the service; membership expiration does not automatically delete trips. In Account > Account Management, you can delete your cloud account and associated data. This does not erase local copies, private iCloud photos, or shared files, and does not cancel Apple subscriptions. Manage renewal separately. Backups and service logs may take additional time to clear under provider retention mechanisms.
Provider policies: Supabase and Resend. Subscriptions use the Apple Standard EULA.
4. Maps, searches, and web pages
- Places and routes: The app uses Apple Maps services and may send search terms, country filters, and the center coordinates or bounds of your search area to the Photon geocoding service. Route requests send selected places and travel mode to Apple. These coordinates describe the area you are searching or planning. The current version does not request access to your device’s live location or continuously track your physical location.
- Saved web content: When you ask the app to read a link, it requests that URL and necessary page metadata or image resources to retrieve a title, available public text or summary, author, and cover image. The relevant websites may receive your IP address and normal network request information. Opening the original page subjects that visit to the website’s own terms and privacy policy.
Apple, Photon, and the websites you access each process the service requests they receive. This policy does not promise a particular retention period for their logs.
5. Photos, camera, and files
The iPhone version requests camera permission when you use its camera feature. System photo and file pickers let you select photos and trip files you choose to provide. Selected content is used for covers, activity images, or journals; associated images also enter your private iCloud storage when the relevant sync feature is active. You can manage permissions such as camera access in system settings. Declining a permission affects the corresponding feature.
6. Sharing and the collection inbox
Text and links collected through the system share sheet are first stored in a shared inbox on the current device, accessible to Roam and its share extension. Once filed into a trip, this content follows that trip’s sync behavior described above.
When you choose to share a trip file, it includes that trip’s activities, places, notes, and associated images and is passed to the system sharing channel you select. Recipients can keep their own copies. Later edits or deletions do not recall files you have already shared.
7. Retention, deletion, and controls
You can edit or delete content in the app. Deleted trips enter Recently Deleted for up to 30 days, and you can choose to permanently delete them sooner. Expired entries are removed when the app performs cleanup. Changes deleting content from the current trip data are reflected in that private cloud data after a successful sync.
The app keeps a limited number of recent local sync backups for recovery and replaces them during later syncs. Removing a sticker from a journal does not guarantee immediate removal of its separately uploaded image resource from private iCloud storage. Uninstalling the app does not itself erase cloud data, system backups, or trip copies you have sent. Use Apple’s iCloud storage and backup management controls for those copies, and contact us above if you need help.
8. Contact requests and policy changes
If you contact us, we receive the message you send and information supplied by that contact platform, and use it to respond to your question or handle your request. Instagram’s own data handling is subject to its platform policies.
We will update this policy and the date at the top of this page when app features or data handling change.
